The Rod Hall Memorial Award 2008

This is  is presented every two years to an outstanding new playwright. This award is intended to launch a writing career - the winner will receive a £5,000 commission to write a play for new writing company Paines Plough, and representation from the The Rod Hall Agency.

Closing date 1 June 2008

Entrants must be UK residents

The Award is looking for playwrights aged 18-30 who are not, nor have ever been, professionally represented. Qualifying plays must be over 60 minutes running time.
