You do not need the gift of tongues to make sense of sites written in other languages.

There are two solutions

1. Purchase some software. There are some impressive packages about.

No machine translation is perfect. Language is a subtle business. The tale is told of the phrase 'Out of sight, out of mind' that came back as 'Invisible, insane' after a double translation. Try http://www.translation.net/ as a starting point.

2. Use the search engines to do the work for you if you are reading something on the web. If the original article is in Chinese or Arabic it has to be a winner. You will need to apply  some imagination to what you read. The search engines offer different facilities and are still changing what they provide.
